Privacy Policy
1. Who processes your data
This Policy explains how personal data is processed when you use the website aibot.pro (the "Site").
Data controller: NETOSOV VIKTOR KOSTIANTYNOVYCH (sole proprietor / individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine; original Ukrainian name: ФОП НЕТЬОСОВ ВІКТОР КОСТЯНТИНОВИЧ), tax ID (RNOKPP) 2087103774, Oleksandriia, Ukraine (the "we", "us", or "Aibot.pro").
For any questions regarding personal data and to exercise your rights: info@aibot.pro. We have not appointed a dedicated data protection officer (DPO); please direct all requests to the address above.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide yourself:
- through the contact form: name (optional), contact details (email, phone, Telegram, or WhatsApp), the selected purpose of your inquiry, and, optionally, a brief description of your task;
- through the ROI calculator: the business parameters (figures) you enter — these are computed in your browser and reach our CRM only if you submit a request;
- through live chat: the content of your messages and any contact details you choose to leave.
Data collected automatically (only with your consent — see Section 4):
- Site usage analytics (pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, approximate region) — Google Analytics 4;
- session recordings and heatmaps (cursor movements, clicks, scrolling, navigation) — Microsoft Clarity; input fields and passwords are masked automatically by Clarity;
- technical data inherent to operating over the internet (your IP address is visible to the hosting provider/CDN and third-party services; the date and time of the request).
We do not request or collect special categories of data (such as health information, political opinions, and the like).

4. Cookies and tracking technologies
On your first visit from the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we display a consent banner. Analytics cookies are not set until you give consent (Google Consent Mode v2: default — "denied"). You may change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "🍪 Cookies" link — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
- Strictly necessary (no consent required): storage of your cookie choice (the
aibot_cckey in your browser's localStorage). - Google Analytics 4 (with consent):
_ga,_ga_<id>— to distinguish users and sessions (pseudonymous identifiers). - Microsoft Clarity (with consent):

5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We engage vetted providers that process data on our behalf or as independent services:
- SendPulse — CRM, intake of requests, and live chat;
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4; and Google Fonts web fonts (when fonts are loaded, Google may receive your browser's IP address);
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd / Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity;
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and content delivery (CDN), site protection.
6. Transfers of data outside the EEA
Some of the services listed above process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Such transfers are safeguarded by lawful mechanisms: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision, where the provider is certified, and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). A copy of the relevant safeguards may be requested at info@aibot.pro.
7. Retention periods
- Inquiries and request data in the CRM: for 24 months from the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn / a deletion request is made — whichever occurs first.
- Google Analytics 4: user-level data retention — 14 months.
- Microsoft Clarity: session recordings — 30 days; heatmaps and tagged sessions — up to 13 months.
8. Your rights
With respect to your personal data, you have the right to: access; rectification; erasure (the "right to be forgotten"); restriction of processing; data portability; objection to processing (including processing based on legitimate interest); and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). To exercise any right, write to info@aibot.pro — we will respond within the period prescribed by law (generally within one month).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Ukraine, this is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (the Ombudsman). If you are located in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, you may also contact the supervisory authority in your own country.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you based solely on automated processing (Art. 22 GDPR). The ROI calculator is for reference purposes only and does not constitute an offer or a decision.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data: transmission of form submissions over a secure connection (HTTPS), access restrictions, and engagement of providers with their own protective measures. Absolute security over the internet cannot be guaranteed, but we strive to reduce the risks.
11. Children
The Site is intended for business (B2B) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under the age of 16.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our processes or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update; we will provide additional notice of any material changes.
